- 6 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 7 oz. ketchup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
- 4 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:

Mix all (except cornstarch) ingredients together and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch to thicken.

This sauce can be frozen. It will likely need to be thickened again after it is unthawed.
