- 8 large cucumbers
- 6 medium onions
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon tumeric
- Salt Brine
- 2/3 cup course salt
- 1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & slice cucumbers and onions. Soak in salt brine 3 hours.

Drain & wash cucumber/onion mixture. Squeeze in cheescloth. Mix & bring dressing to a boil. Add cucumber/onion mixture to dressing. Simmer until cucumbers have a clear look (about 15-20 minutes). Seal in sterilized jars.
