- 1 cup sour cream, low fat
- 1 cup mayonnaise, low fat
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, low fat grated
- 3 tablespoons spinach dip , epicure seasoning
- 1 10 ounce pkg. spinach, frozen, thawed,chopped and drained
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, dried

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine first 5 ingredients and spoon into dip baker or small round loaf bread of your choice.. Sprinkle with parmesan and bread crumbs.

Bake for 25 min. or bubbling. SERVE HOT

NOTES:

2 tbsp 50 cal,

Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, pita bread or vegetables.
