Frosted Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. lukewarm milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil or shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
5-6 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp.+ 1 tsp.cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in milk, 2/4 c. sugar. oil. baking powder,salt, egg and and flour. Knead until smooth around 8-10 minutes.

Place in a greased bowl and let rise, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.

Roll out and use a biscuit cutter to make rolls. Let rise 30 minutes.

Spread the melted butter, 1/2 c. sugar, and cinnamon over top of rolls.

Bake at 350º until golden brown.
