- 2 tsp water
- 2 egg whites, only
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon corn starch, recipe for 4 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to egg whites and beat till stiff. Add sugar, baking powder and cream of tartar. Beat until fluffy.

STABILIZER for 4 egg whites. Boil cornstarch and water. Cool. Add to the above 1 tablespoon at a time.
