- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon green onion
- 1 green pepper HOT
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tsp corn starch
- 2 tsp water
- 1 cup peanut oil
- 2 pounds shrimp
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red peppers, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoon white wine
- 1 onion medium, chopped

Grind ginger, garlic,green onions and green hot pepper to a paste. set aside. Reduce the chicken stock and soy sauce to 2 cups. This will take 10-15 min. Season with white pepper and add sesame oil. Thicken with cornstarch that has been dissolved with water. Heat the peanut oil until it is very hot. Then add the shrimp that been lightly dusted with flour.
Give shrimp 2-3 min. in hot oil and add vegetables for another min. Do not over cook.( veggies are for colour and am't varies to your wishes). Hold lid over the shrimp and veggies drain the oil. Add the paste until lightly browned. Finish dish with a splash or two of wine. .......................................Start with hot pan. Heat peanut oil before adding the shrimp.
REMEMBER the hotter the oil and pan the less oil is absorbed.
