1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
1 (10 oz) bag frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
18 cooked jumbo pasta shells
1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce (or your favorite brand)

Cook shells al dente. Rinse and cool.

Combine ricotta cheese, broccoli, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and pepper. Spoon cheese mixture into shells.

In 3 quart baking dish, spread 1 cup of spaghetti sauce. Arrange stuffed shells in single layer over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 400º for 25 minutes until hot and bubbling.
