1 beaten egg
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg. Jiffy Born Bread Mix
1/4 cup melted margarine
Shredded Cheddar cheese (optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º F.
Mix in order given.
Put in 8 x 8 2 inch baking dish or casserole dish.
Bake 45-60 minutes. Test with knife in center.
About 3 minutes before casserole is done, sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and let melt.
