Ingredients:  
1 bunch of kale washed and torn into small pieces
1 lemon
¼ cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
¼ cup craisons
olive oil
sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put the kale salad in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil on top about 1 tablespoon. Rub the olive oil into the leaves of the kale. Squeeze the lemon juice onto the kale and mix in with your hands. Sprinkle sea salt in & mix well. Add the sunflower seeds & craisons, mix with a wooden spoon.

Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
