1 egg
2 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 cups white cornmeal
2 Tbsp. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 Tblsp. bacon grease in medium black skillet and place in oven (450).
Mix ingredients until consistency of pancake batter (may need to add a little more milk or meal).
When grease is melted and skillet is HOT, take out of oven and pour batter in hot skillet. Return to oven and cook about 20 min. or until brown on top.

Cut pieces and butter while hot.
