2-3 lb. pork roast
2 cans Dr. Pepper
1 medium onion, cut up
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped onions on bottom of crockpot, then place roast on top of onions and add seasonings. Pour Dr. Pepper on top and cook on High for 4 hrs. or Low for 8 hrs. When done, shred meat and continue cooking for another hour. Then drain juices and add BBQ sauce to taste. You can freeze small containers of this to have BBQ anytime you want!
