6-7 oz frozen spinach
1/3 cup fat free Greek yogurt
2 green onions, finely sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Pepper or crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)

Completely thaw spinach either in microwave or letting sit in refrigerator for a day. Squeeze out as much liquid as you can by hand and then press between two paper towels to remove moisture.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 4 x 4 dish with non-stick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Transfer to prepared baking dish and bake 25-30 minutes, or until dip is bubbling and cheese is starting to brown around edges.
Serve hot.
