1-2 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
1 packet taco seasoning mix
4 oz. sour cream
4 oz. mayonnaise
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small can chili peppers, chopped
2 cups Bisquick, mixed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325.
Mix Bisquick and water (directions on box) to form soft dough. Pat dough in bottom and 1 inch up sides of a greased 9x13 casserole baking dish.
Saute onions and bell pepper until tender. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and 1/2 of grated cheese. Mix taco seasoning with ground beef and layer over dough. Top beef with tomato slices, onions and peppers. Top with sour cream mixture and remaining cheese. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
