1 lb ground beef
2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 onion chopped
1 (14.5 oz.) can cream style corn
1 can kernel corn, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 jalapeņo peppers, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat; cook the ground beef in the skillet until no longer pink. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix cornbread batter according to package directions adding the chopped jalapeņos and corn.
Pour 1/2 the batter in the baking dish. Next layer the ground beef, then cheese, then the rest of the cornbread mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 45-55 minutes depending on oven.
