Fresh strawberries
Fresh blueberries
1 small can sliced pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin orange slices, drained
2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 8oz.pkg. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1/3 cup orange marmalade + 1 tsp. water

Preheat oven to 350. Spray pizza pan with Pam. Roll out cookie dough, place on pan and bake for 15 min. or until golden. Cool completely. Beat cream cheese, sugar and flavoring until fluffy. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Arrange strawberries around outer edge, then add fruit into your own design until you get to the center and add a whole strawberry. (You can use any variation of fruit you like). Mix marmalade and water and brush over arranged fruit. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
