Crust:
2 cups plain flour
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 stick butter, softened
2nd layer:
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 3 ingredients in mixing bowl and blend. Pat mixture firmly into bottom of ungreased 9x13 pan.
Combine 2/3 cup butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar in saucepan and bring to boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly. Cook 3 min., add pecans and pour over crust. Bake for 15 min. or until golden and bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let sit 2 min. until chocolate is starting to melt. Gently swirl chocolate with knife. Let cool until set and cut into squares.
