1½ cups mayonnaise
1 4-ounce jar diced pimento, drained
1 tablespoon finely grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup pickled jalapeño sliced, drained and chopped (or diced green pepper)

Combine ingredients in large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Serve with crackers or bread.
