Crust: 1 ¾ cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
pinch of salt *Work as pie crust. Crumble 2/3 of mixture on bottom
1 ¾ cup flour of 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°
1 tsp soda
1 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: 2 cups raisins cooked in ½ cup water for 5 minutes.
Leave juice on raisins, cool.
Add 4 beaten egg yolks (or 2 eggs, beaten)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sugar and 3 Tbsp corn starch
Cook until thick. Pour over crust. Add rest of crumbled mixture on top. Bake for 15 minutes longer @350°
