2 cups flour
2 cups granulated sugar
2 sticks butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup Coca Cola
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 teaspoon salt
Frosting:
1 stick butter
6 tablespoons Coca Cola
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 pound confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and sugar. Bring to a boil: butter,cocoa powder and Cola. Pour over flour mixture. Mix well and add marshmallows, baking soda, buttermilk, eggs and salt. Beat until mixture is well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in a sheet cake pan. Frosting: Bring to boil butter, Coca Cola, vanilla, cocoa powder. Add confectioners' sugar and beat until smooth.
