1 pint fresh or frozen strawberries with juice
1 cup water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. white karo syrup
3/4 cup sugar
1 small box strawberry Jell-O
1 baked pie shell
Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Add sugar and karo and heat, stirring constantly. Bring to low boil and cook for 4 min. Remove from heat and add Jell-O. Mix until dissolved and add berries. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip.
