20 Ritz crackers
1 c. sugar less 3 T.
1 t. vanilla
3 egg whites
1 c. broken nut meats
1 pkg. Dream Whip or 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites till stiff; add 1/2 of sugar and vanilla. In another bowl break crackers by hand, not too fine. Add remaining sugar and nuts. Combine and spoon into pie pan and shape. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool and fill with Dream Whip and refrigerate until firm.
