2-10 oz. packages frozen broccoli
2-10 oz. packages frozen cauliflower
1 1/2 TBs. butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated cheddar
1/3rd cup buttered bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbs. flour
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
1. Thaw vegetables, cut pieces in half. cook until nearly tender, drain and arrange in baking dish.
2. Melt butter, add flour, cook until bubbly, stirring constantly. Add milk to this mixture and stir constantly until thickened. add seasonings and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs, and bake at 400 for 20 t0 25 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
