1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together in saucepan and add boiling water, stirring. Cook on low heat until clear, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter. Add lemon juice right before serving.

Will keep in refrigerator for a while...just reheat and add lemon juice when ready to serve.
