to 5 lbs. Of Bar B Que Chicken
1 dozen boiled eggs
2 ½ cups Mayonnaise
½ cup of mustard
½ cup sweet pickle relish
Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Course Ground Black Pepper to taste
2 teaspoons of Tabasco Sauce

Grind de boned chicken and eggs and mix ingredients together, chill before spreading on sandwiches, should make enough for 3 loaves of bread or two large trays.
