1 c. butter
4 sq. semisweet chocolate
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. pecans

Directions:
Oven: 350º ~ Yield: 18 cupcakes
Melt butter and chocolate, set aside to cool. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla together. Mix in cooled chocolate mixture. Stir in flour and pecans. Fill foil cupcake liners 2/3 full. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Frost or dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.
