1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Make cake portion by mixing flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, and cocoa in a small bowl, set aside. In mixer beat water, vinegar, oil, and vanilla. Add dry mixture and blend well. Make the filling by mixing cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt. Beat until creamy and fold in chocolate chips by hand. In mini muffin tins lined with muffin paper, fill 1/3 with cake mixture. Add 1 tsp. cream cheese mixture in the center. Bake 350º for 12 to 15 minutes.
