2 cups vinegar (white or apple)
¼ cup non-iodized Kosher salt
Cucumbers, sliced as desired
1 teaspoon pickling spice
1 garlic clove, minced
2 red peppers, diced
A pinch of dill
A pinch of cilantro
A pinch of parsley
