1 stick butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4-5 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup plain flour
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar with mixer until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Mix cocoa, salt and flour together and stir into the butter mixture. Pour into a greased pie plate and bake for 30 min. until center is set. You can dust top with powdered sugar or just serve with ice cream!
