1 5-6 lb. beef brisket
3 oz. liquid smoke
1 tsp. each of celery salt, garlic salt, onion salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in baking dish and sprinkle with liquid smoke and seasonings.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. when ready to bake, sprinkle with worcestershire sauce and cover loosely with foil. Bake at 275 for 5 hours. Uncover and pour BBQ sauce over meat. Cook another hour without foil. This beef brisket will be so tender, it will pull apart with a fork. The juices make a wonderful gravy for rice or potatoes.
