Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
12 oranges-with skins,minced or chopped finely
12 cups of cold water
12 cups of sugar
2 1/2 ounces Citric Acid

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and sugar to dissolve. Put in a bowl, add other ingredients and stir all together.
Leave for up to 3 days to infuse flavour-giving it an occasional stir.
After 3 days strain and bottle it.

To Mix-add 2 T per glass of water.

NB: oranges can be substituted with other citrus fruits e.g. lemons or limes

A COMBINATION OF BOTH WILL BE AWESOME I GRANDADS GIN.
