1 bunch broccoli
2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
Cooked salmon, as much as you like.
1 tablespoon sherry
2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon worshestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chopped dill
1/2 thinly sliced red pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Steam the broccoli until just barely cooked. Plunge into cold water to stop cooking and retain colour.
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water for about 11 minutes or until al dente.
Combine broccoli, pasta and salmon in a casserole dish.
Combine all other ingredients except the red pepper and parmasean.
Pour over noodle mixture.
Toss in red pepper
Sprinkle parmasean.
Bake covered 250º for about 25 minutes
