1/2 c mayo
1/2 c sour cream
3 T vinegar
1 T molasses
1-1/2 tsp sugar
1 small canned chipotle chile, minced, plus 2 tsp adobo sauce from the can
1 tsp kosher salt
6 c each shredded red & green cabbage
7 green onions, sliced
1 C cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
prepare the dressing; In a medium bowl, stir together mayo, sour cream, vinegar, molasses, sugar, minced chile, adobo sauce & 1 tsp salt.
In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, green onion, & 3/4 C cilantro.
Pour dressing over vegetables, toss well, & refrigerate at least 30 min. up to 4 hours. Before serving, add more salt if you like & scatter remaining 1/4 c chopped cilantro over top.

I serve this with pulled pork.
