1 3/4 cups crushed digestive biscuits
3/4 cup butter
2 cans of condensed milk (sweetened)
500 ml of double cream (or whipping cream)
2 large bananas
Grated chocolate (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter and mix with the crushed biscuits . Press into the bottom of a pie plate.
Boil the two cans of condensed milk for 2 - 2.5 hours ( the cans must be unopened and completely submerged... This will make your toffee).
Spread toffee over top of the pie crust. Top with sliced banana. Whip the double cream until peaks form and spread on top of the banana layer. Sprinkle on the grated chocolate.
