2 cups vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1 oz. Texas Pete
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper


Sauce # 2
3 quarts vinegar
1 cup ketchup
5 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
1 small jar (6 oz.) mustard
1 stick margarine
3/4 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/2 small can (3/4 oz. size) crushed red pepper
9 oz. Texas Pete

Directions:
Directions:
For sauce #1, mix ingredients together and use to season small portions of pork, i.e. country style ribs, pork shoulder or other barbecued pork. Chop meat and add sauce.

For sauce #2, mix all ingredients together in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer up to 30 minutes. Enough for cooking 1 pig. Marinate meat while cooking and add more after meat is served or chopped.
