Ingredients:  
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp flour
2 eggs 1 tsp salt tumeric to color

Directions:
Directions:
1.mix some sugar, mustard and flour together in a bowl then add some of the cold vinegar to this
2.Put the majority of vinegar and sugar into double boiler and heat
3. Whisk eggs
4.Add mustard ect into hot mixture and stir
5.Put the eggs in and whisk
Add pinches of tumeric to color

If lumpy use egg beater
Pour into sterilized jar to store.
Dilute with canned milk before putting in potato salad
