1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can Rotel
2 pkg. cornbread mix
1 can cream style corn
1 1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain beef and add Rotel.
Prepare cornbread mix according to directions and add corn and half of cheese. Pour 1/2 cornbread mixture in bottom of baking dish or big iron skillet. Pour meat mixture on top and sprinkle with more cheese. Then pour remaining batter on top of that and bake at 350 about 30 min. or until bread is done and browned.
