Make your traditional meatball and for into 1 inch balls. Cook as usual or bake in oven for 20 minutes at 375.

Place Meatballs in crockpot.

In saucepan on stove, combine 4 cups pineapple juice, 1 cup soy sauce, 1 cup vinegar and 1 cup brown sugar.
Make a slurry of 1/2 cup cornstarch and water to dissolve it. Heat pineapple juice mixture to boiling and pour cornstarch mixture in very gradually until sauce is thick.
Add 2 20oz. cans of pineapple chunks (drained) into crockpot with meatballs. Pour sauce over meatballs in crockpot and cook on medium for about 2 hours.

This can be eaten as an appetizer or over rice as a main dish.

Cut up 1 small green pepper and 1 small red pepper into small chunks. Add to meatballs.
