2 lb. Hash Browns (thawed)
1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese (I use Stella brand)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in 13x9 rectangular glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until center is bubbly.

Variations for soup:
1 can Cream of Potato in place of Mushroom or you can use 2 cans of Mushroom or 2 cans of Potato if you want less cheesy.
