1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork sausage
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 cups cooked rice
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 Tbsp. Tony's Creole Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meats in large pan. Remove meat and add bellpepper and onion to grease and saute until tender. Pour off any excess grease and put meat back in pan. Sprinkle with seasoning. Add rice and soup. Stir to combine and serve. This freezes well in 8x8 aluminum containers to pull out, thaw and heat when needed.
