1 1/2 cups butter, softened
2 cups light brown sugar, packed
1 cup white sugar
5 eggs
3 cups plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 8oz. bag toffee chips
1 cups chopped pecans
Caramel icing:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour bundt pan. Beat butter until creamy and add sugars, beating until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix dry ingredients and add slowly to butter mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until combined and stir in chips and nuts. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour 30 min. Cool and remove from pan.
In medium saucepan, mix condensed milk and brown sugar and bring to slow boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to simmer for 8 min. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Let cool for 5 min., then drizzle over cake. The icing will harden somewhat once it is completely cool.
