Iceberg lettuce, washed, dried and cut up
1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can corn, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips
Ranch dressing
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onions. Mix corn and beans into beef. Put lettuce in bowls, then add meat mixture, top with cheese and chips. Add Ranch dressing to taste.
