2 pie shells, unbaked
2 full cups baked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cup sugar
1 cup white karo
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
4 eggs, beaten
1 small can pet milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large mixing bowl and add potatoes. Beat in eggs and karo. Mix spices with sugar and add to mixture. Add a little milk so mixture won't be too thick to pour easily. Fill both pie shells and bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350 and bake 30 min. more.
