Bag of large pretzel sticks
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

1/3 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
2 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix sugar, butter, milk and vanilla in medium bowl. Gradually stir in flour with salt mixed in. Shape dough into 1 1/4" balls. Place pretzel sticks on cookie sheet and press dough ball over the end of each stick. Use fork to press balls to resemble bristles of broom. Bake for about 12 min. Remove from oven and cool. When cool enough to move with spatula, place brooms onto wax paper. For icing, melt butter and chocolate chips over low heat or in microwave. Stir until smooth and spoon over each broom just where bristles meet stick. Let cool and stripe dark chocolate with melted white chocolate if you desire. Or you can use decorator white icing in the tube.
