1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 12oz. can white tuna, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
10oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, diced
1 cup celery
1 can chopped mushrooms, drained
1 bunch broccoli, cut in pieces and steamed
1/2 bag wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 cup shredded italian, mexican blend or cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. dried parsley

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a deep casserole dish with Pam.
Mix first 8 ingredients and microwave for a few minutes to partially melt Velveeta. Place broccoli in bowl with a little water, cover and steam in microwave for 3-4 minutes until tender. Add broccoli to first mixture. Cook noodles in salted water, drain and add to first mixture. Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in butter until tender and add to first mixture. Pour into casserole dish, top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with parsley. Cover with foil and bake for 35 min. Remove foil and bake another 5 min.
