1 cup Amaretto Liquor
4 cups vanilla ice cream
Maraschino cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Scoop 4 cups ice cream into mixing bowl. Pour Amaretto over ice cream and stir until blended. Pour into 4 parfait glasses and top with cherry. Put into freezer immediately. Can be made ahead of time and ready to serve when needed.
