Puff Ingredients:
1 c. water
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
8 tsp. sugar
1 c. flour
8 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
4 eggs
4 c. vanilla icecream
4 bananas

Chocolate Sauce Ingredients;
12 oz. bittersweet chocolate
1 c. light corn syrup
8 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
8 tbsp. heavy cream
Directions:
Directions:
In pan, combine water, butter, sugar, & salt. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in flour & cocoa powder to form paste. If needed, return to low heat & beat till dough forms a ball. Remove from heat & cool to lukewarm.
Spoon dough into blender bowl & blend at low speed. Add egg. (Dough will crumble, then become smooth and elastic.) Line baking sheet with parchment. Drop heaping tablespoons of cream puff dough 2" apart to form 8 puffs. Bake at 400º for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350º & continue baking 18 minutes more or till puffs are firm and slightly browned. Remove from oven. Cool on wire rack.

To assemble, split puffs horizontally in half. Remove raw centers. Place 1/2 cup ice cream in each puff. Add banana slices, & close with top of puff. Drizzle puffs with chocolate sauce.

Chocolate sauce directions: In pan combine chocolate & corn syrup. Cook on low heat 5 min. or till melted. Turn off heat. Stir in butter. When melted, add salt & cream. Makes 3 cups.
