1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs, separated
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 vanilla wafer pie crust or graham cracker
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix egg yolks with milk and blend in lemon juice until smooth and thick. Pour into pie crust. For meringue, beat egg whites at high speed until frothy and add sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time. Add cream of tartar. Continue beating until stiff peaks form. Pile on top of pie, making sure meringue touches crust all the way around so it won't shrink. Bake for about 5 min. or until golden. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
