2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup water
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup Mazola oil
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and lightly flour bundt pan. Mix first 4 dry ingredients. Mix water and cocoa in saucepan and cook at low boil until thickened. Cool, then add to dry ingredients along with oil, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Blend well and pour into bundt pan. Bake for 30-35 min.
