Double to go into food processor for 10 portions (4 lbs. pasta).

2 c. basil leaves
3 large cloves of garlic
3/4 c. pine nuts
3/4 c. olive oil
3/4 c. grated cheese (romano or parmesean)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Process till smooth.

Makes 10 portions if double recipe (2 lbs. if don't double). Freeze all.
