1 1/4 cups plain flour
4oz. white chocolate chips
8 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
9 small squares bitter-sweet chocolate
Raspberry sauce:
1 1/2 cups raspberries
2 Tblsp. orange juice
1 Tblsp. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and lightly flour a 9x9 baking pan. Melt white chocolate and butter in microwave and stir to blend. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth and gently fold in flour. Then stir in the white chocolate mixture and blend. Pour into pan and place dark chocolate pieces on top of batter every 2" ( visualize the pan cut into 9 squares and put a piece in center of each square). Bake for 20-25 min. until golden, then remove from oven and let cool for 5 min.
Sauce: Puree raspberries with the orange juice and sugar, then strain to remove any seeds. Pour over brownie square when ready to serve.
